Hi,
I am 21 years old and getting married in the spring. I am planning this wedding pretty much by myself, and I would like some advice on the food that I am thinking of having at the buffet at my 5pm reception of 130 people:

Reception Food
We are having at 2pm or 3pm church wedding and the reception is going to be in the fellowship hall at the church. What food will we need to provide? Wedding Caterer Won't Return Deposit Check
I gave the caterer a check for deposit to hold Sept. 9 for our reception. We aren't able to get married on that date so I called the caterer and advised him we have to move wedding to 10months later and we would like our deposit check back.

We have decided not to have a sit down dinner as the place we want to have the wedding will not hold the 100 guest we plan on having if we do a dinner.
